These few weeks or days i have been baking so much sweet stuff such as chocolate cake, chocolate muffin, truffle and eating lollies... i can feel my sugar level have increased a lot, my heart is pounding fast... omg i should cut down sugar fast if not my heart will explode!!~

Normally it's salt since i like salty or sour food but now all these baking have seriously going to destroy my heart... cant believed m still eating lollies right now as i type.

What a weird thing to do as it's not chinese new year.. LOL it seems to me that i have been making chinese new year stuff for instance, pineapple tart, bak kwa and butter cookies etc.. It's really nothing, i just wanted to do something new which i never done it before; so called finding new and tasty recipes... still have kueh chap.... not yet make ..

i cant seem to get the right shape becax of the crappy icing set; yea bought it for only $2.50 or $3. Hence, the bag actually broke and i wasnt apply to use it, leaving me with these weird shapes. I started with the so called flower shape the progress to the love shape actually i wanted to do pretzel but it was too small in the end ended up as a heart shape, then followed by the line shape and the line circle shape; as the bag broke to a even worst state, i ended up just rolling it into a ball shape lol... so much easier!

I made pineapple tart; well actually yesterday i made the fillings and today made the biscuit but yea~ i finished baking it.. looks good and taste great too..

oh i made red bean dessert but after leaving it in the fridge, somehow it turn into pudding instead.. LOL.. and kimchi.. oh and some kind of salty soup.. turned out pretty good..

I tried making steam bun today but it doesnt really turns out to be wad i expected. Why? becax i think i used the wrong flour for it. This is actually called special bun flour which is used for "Tu Ka Pao" means pork leg bun 猪脚包。so it still taste good but the skin is a bit tougher/harder than a normal bun.

Maybe i should use plain flour instead .. hmm... should consider...!!!

Today, I tried making icing mooncake and it turns out not bad; the first time i fail, well not really i made custard type [the filling were alright but the skin taste weird]. haha!

Oh ~ i didt hav the mould of a mooncake, so i just simply use a shape; looks a bit weird but at least it taste great.. maybe will try making steam bun soon..

Random stuff:

During my secondary, i hav a weird habit of collecting mechanical pencils... and believed it or not- i didnt even spend a dime on any of these m.pencils!!! all were left behind by people if i'm not mistaken. Except for the 4th purple m.pencil, that were given to me by a fren haha i love purple... and the 4th last black m.pencil, that's mine! & the 5th last is my dad's one.. lol
Keeping a memory pic of these collection just in case any got lost.. LOL!!! omg it's been almost 10 yrs i kept all these m.pencils without using it.. "WEIRD"!

Well to start off, i went to sent our family's car for servicing and warrant of fitness and waited from 9am till 11.20am. Yup that long.. i was busy reading news paper while rearranging it, sipping some hot mochachino and watching some news bout GreyMouth's explosion with some missing people. Pray they are ok!

Anyway, after arrived back home, watched some tv series. My bro was playing which made me tripped and fell horribly on my knee.. argh.. actually it wasnt his fault i thought he was trying to spray me.. when i pressing against the door, so when he finally opened it. I ran as fast as i could and fell pretty badly. I FORGOTTEN, Flat feet cant run!!! lol My knee bleed a little.. lol

It was pretty funny when i looked outside during the afternoon, it suddenly rain heavily. So i decided to boil some warm water to drink a cup of coffee. After letting the kettle to boil itself, i walked towards the window and decided to look outside again. I was actually shocked, where's the rain?! Seriously.. lol Then suddenly hail storm came, what a surprised~ i was actually telling my lil bro how will my bro come back home if it gets even more bigger.

Right, back to the coffee; made my coffee and sat on the couch, was actually wanting to study when all of the sudden the sun came out.. -.-" it was just less than 10 mins i think or even less.. when all four different weather came.

It goes on, raining then sunny then raining then sunny...... haha.. weird ei?! i thought so too.. lol and tomorrow, they predicted that it will snow?~ mymy...

Today from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, I had my group interview taken on ITS building. First of all, everyone have to have a name tag so i did. Pretty nervous as this is the 1st time.

Basically we had to introduce the person beside u and well in the end divided each other into groups of 4. Lots of question were being asked and we had to work as a group to discuss the situation. Before we got to the last question, we were asked to build the tallest tower using 30 straws and a cello tape with scissor. However the straws weren't straight straw, there were bended kind.. lolx.. hence, with only 10 minutes to complete the tower. This is our master-piece. LOLx..

As u can see, the 1st is ours.. with a good base and when it is being shaken, it wont fall.. ahaha! so funny, the second one, however as they have the same width hence, it when from the tallest tower to the tallest horizontal tower.. Freaking funny... and the third tower end up.. erm... as their tower were shaky.. when they put it on the table for a few minutes.. it somehow tumble down... LOLx

Yeah, this is ours! lol cant really see it.. as it was too far away and i don't wan people to notice what m doing~! lolx

Hopefully i did well enough to be qualified.. as they were so many people who have worked over the past few years and with incredible experiences during their previous job are applying for it too...

Anyway, interesting experience not what we normally do everyday.. so tired.. wanna sleep!

Latest news....~~ today at 4.30am!!!

I woke up by the shaking of my bed and realised the wall was shaking a bit.. my siblings were sleeping as usual... i thought i was dreaming.. so back to bed.. LOL...

Woke up in the morning, my lil bro looked at the news and asked whether we felt the earthquake.. and i was liked.. oh it's not a dream!!! lol!!! wad the freak??!!! my bad.. should have woken them up and run outside... sorry!my mistake~~

This quake caused lots of damage including flood as well.. so bad! shortage of electric and water in chch... hopefully all goes well... the news also reported it might occur again for a week... not sure whether it's true but hopefully it's NOT!!!! dont want anymore thing to collapse...

As you can see from the title, the first thing comes to your mind would be: "i tripped and fell." lol

It all started with a lovely day, the birds were singing, a fresh new day... i was walking and suddenly i tripped. LOLx heck no.....

Actually it was like this: i was already in uni revising my studies... omg omg omg.. it's almost time.. around 10am.. oh no.. wanna go to the washroom first before lecture... gosh! so freaking late... i ran ran ran ran..

My advise to people with flat feet is that.. we are not born to run.. LOL.. actually my shoes were loose too.. haha.. so almost reached to the lecture hall... when all of the sudden.. tripped and one shoe flew away.. cant be bothered about the embarrassment...so i wore back my shoes and went to lecture..

I could feel the pain in my left knee and of cause the right leg were twisted as well.. man painful... After the lecture, went to the washroom to take a look.. saw that my knee were a bit bleeding.. lol so serious?! ahaha nah.. it's ok now.. just that need time to heal the wound..

** P/s flat feet cant run! and that tighten your shoes.. eventhough i like to wear it loose.. ahaha!!!

Got so tired yesterday after the graduation so cant be bothered posting lol.

We started taking pictures at 1pm and walked to the dental school where all the graduates were at around 1.30pm. We got everything prepared eg. cameras but i forgot to insert the sd card. Luckily, i have a 512 sd card in the car; however only managed to take around 50 pictures. bummer~

At 1.45pm, everyone started walking to dunedin town hall. All the graduates walked proudly as for others rushing their butts in taking their son/daughter's pictures.

We reached there quite early as the ceremony started at 3pm; i was seriously shocked my lil bro said that it was 3pm, i thought it was 2pm. Took few more pictures and went in.

The process of waiting is pretty annoying. An hour doing nothing just glancing around is seriously a bummer dude~ Anyway, by the time we sat down, haha dad was already sleeping LOL. How funny~!

The ceremony started and we watched them slowly entered and singing of the anthem, speeches etc. As this is our first time attending this sort of ceremony, we watched gracefully. One by one, names had been called to start the capping and receiving their certs.

Bit surprised by the shouting of the maori cultures; haha at least some entertainments.

By the time the ceremony ends, it was about 5pm if not mistaken so it was cold when we left. With only thin suits, it was not enough~ walked walked walked back to our car which is approximately 15-20 mins walked.

Right as for today, lil bro wanted to take more pictures. Need to change and get going.~~

Yesterday, i had my auditing class which is on the topic of ISA(NZ) 37 provision or contingent liabilities. It was late in the evening at 5pm to 6pm. We had a laugh when he said: " Ah~~ this is my favourite ISA(NZ), you all might think that i sound like a geek for saying that."

so lecture lecture and more lecture until we came till a flowchart.

"This is my favourite flowchart." LOL which contains ISA (NZ) 37! ahaha.. busted out with laughter~~ yeah.. sounds like a geek indeed!

He explained pretty well that he always go overboard.. loosing track of time... =P

Anyway, dad's here~ woohoo.. not sure what he is going to do...though..

Today is the 1st practical test for one of my comp papers, which stands 25% of my total finals... There will be another practical test in a few weeks time.. apparently there were no parking space and we had to like go down a bit late.. Actually there were ONE parking slot left.. but my lil bro somehow just missed it n drive thru it.. my elder bro and i were like wad de.. n in the end, NO MORE parking slot... gosh.. how annoying~!!

Anyway, i did the practical test and for the last 12 mins, i finished everything.. SAVED IT~~ i did save it.. but i save one of my files in the backup folder which i deleted after i finished everything.. gosh!!!!!!! one of my files was in the backup folder.. and i was shocked!!!!!!

In Uni's delete folder, not a file or folder can be retrived.. so in a "calm" and fearful state, i rushed thru the last document and managed to finish not just in time.. but a few more mins early!

Thank GOD! for saving my life.. i mean finishing this test.. 25% is a lot of marks.. thank GOD!!! now continuing on my studies~~~~ thank GOD!!! ^-^v

A few days ago, we all seen in the news. Raining huge golf ball of hail stones.. flood in the city.. quite bad.. here is the link to the disaster.. hopefully all goes well..
Melbourne disaster

freaky weather may hit nz however no hailstorm or flood were forecast :) except chilly weather.. Queensland got striked today with flood....

Hawkes Bay (North island of nz) got hit (3rd day after Melbourne's disaster,)by huge seas which ripped away parts of homes, spread silt through carpets and eroded the road. Hopefully all goes well..!

now it's time... i had finally signed into facebook during the 06/03/2010.. this is the date that i will remember.. y? and for wad?

The reasons:
- wanted to find my long lost frenz~~
- sometimes even though have their msn.. they never appear on9.. maybe it's the time diff!
- or they just dont want to on9! lol
- finally found some of my primary frenz... chat till crazy..
- still in contact with secondary frenz .. not bad..
- but some juz ignore people.. wad a shame!

It's been a while since i last saw Nhung and Daisy.. so, today i met up with them.. eventhough they were an hour late then what we planned. Daisy slept late yesterday watching "alvin and the chipmunks". HAha...

We chat for almost an hour and half.. (11.30am-1pm) talking silly stuffx.. it was great.. just awesome... Had a great laugh.. Oh yeah.. bake some cookies for them.. Daisy was the hungry looking one as she haven't eat anything during the morning.

Before we decided to leave, i brought out 2 scarves knitted by myself during the holiday and gave them.. They were absolutely shocked.. they never expect that.. still the look on their faces is certainly rewarding... haha.. Awesome would be the word! Thank God!

Hopefully they love it.. however i should have use different colors.. haha...will remember that in future...:P

I had to wake up at 7am something because my class starts at 8am.. how "interesting" yup 'm up!! not the way i wan to start on the 1st day.. so freaking early... :P and my second class at 3pm what a horrible timetable! yup...it is...

Met a kiwi this morning after auditing class, surprisingly we spoke for almost an hour maybe 45 mins i guess.. not sure.. i was quite surprised that kiwi parents actually kick their children out of their house once they are in uni.. seriously?! pay rent in their own home? wow! haha..

Anyway, one of the advantages would be INDEPENDENT KIWI.. yup one of the disadvantages would be ENORMOUS LOANS.. haha.. right.. need to prepare stuffx! Catch yeah!

Another year gone... and on with the "New"! It's the end of 2009 and now i still can't believe that it's already 2010. Man, time flies. I had a great day today even though it rain all night. We decided to go to the city which is at Crown Casino during the night to watch fireworks.

The journey started when we got on the train from our suburb and off we go. It was 8pm+, the train ticket were free from 6pm onwards as it was New Year Eve. There were not much people during the time we entered the train; however, as we were awaits for the train to move, more and more people entered. Each time we passed thru each station, more and more people came in and filled the train.

Observing each passenger, most of them were going to some sort of party? club? etc. as they were wearing all white. Sitting in front and left of me is one interesting party gal. She was wearing all white and obviously a bra with a white transparent kind see thru looking white cloth with very short pants. Man, what a party gal. Besides that, there was one carrying some kind of beer bottle drinking almost all the way thru it, walking around and talking to all sort of people. My cousin said that he would get caught if a police saw him like this as drinking drunk in the public is not allowed. Apart from that, there was 3 women dress with a full basket of fruits on top of their head. Obviously it's fake fruits. One of them did a sexy dance and screaming in the corner of the train. It was quite funny. Suddenly she shouted, where's my blueberry? where's my blueberry?! She tried looking underneath the seats and someone brought it for her. She was so happy and asked her friend to put on top of her head with the rest of the fruits. Her friends leave it between the bananas and it fell as she was tried to find it. She then immediately put into her friend clothes and into the boobies part. HAHA! weird!

It was raining when we were on the train. It rain even more heavily as we reached Southern Cross station. We ran in the rain and got into a tram filled with people. It was so full that everyone was only 5cm towards each other.

Finally, we reached Crown Casino. It was packed and i mean packed with people. There were so many people that it was so stuffy inside the building. We walked around the building and got ourselves a freezy ice coke and ice lemon. We finally waited my auntie who brought her grandson here as they were waiting for his working mum in crown at almost midnight.

The final count down as there were counting 3 2 1, we tried to rush out but can't as there were too much people blocking us. Finally it was time to go back, we drove out and did managed to see some fireworks. On the way, we got ourselves some ice-cream from McDonald. My cousin asked my uncle to order 6 serve cone and my uncle was like saying huh? why only order the cone, no ice-cream then we laughed and she said ok then say "6 cone ice-cream". He did and we laughed. Another joke appeared as my uncle was eating ice-cream while driving, he said "will you get fine when a person is eating an ice-cream while driving?". Everyone laughed happily, it was pretty funny! Man had a great laughed.

As we reached home, it was windy and cool compared to the afternoon so freaking hot! Awesome last day of 2009. Happy New Year 2010!!!!
